On May 9, Chelsea Spyres called a team together to help launch the active phase of the Foundry House rehab! $100 of Detroit Institute of Bagels and other nourishment was transformed into over $700 worth of volunteer labor through a day of ripping out old fences, clearing out the basement and side lot, and demoing the second floor sun room!
